Playa Flamenca is one of the busiest parts of Orihuela Costa: apartments, shops and buildings with pools. The plumbing here is heavily used, especially in season, and kitchen blockages build up.
What the plumbing is like here
The commercial area and the apartment blocks create a different pattern from a villa in Cabo Roig. There are more narrow traps, more compact heaters and more neighbours affected by the same stack. Pedestrian access and internal car parks have to be known so the visit does not go in circles.
If it is a shop, give the opening hours. If it is a flat, give the entrance and whether the water is shut off in the basement. In a middle-of-the-night emergency the gate code is as useful as the address.
